I wanted to give you an update once again. I have talked with my pastor and another perons at my church who is in real estate. They both agree that this seems to be the soluition I need to get this mess resolved. They are going to be able to help me with the money and I should be able to send the entire amount by the middle of the week. I spoke with Lex last night and he was so kind to tell me that he was working hard on my case and did not want me to worry or to put myself in a bind financially. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for all of your help. I know that you will be blessed in many ways for the wonderful work you are doing. I have learned a valuable financial lesson and I thank God that I contacted you to start the process of recovery. May you have a great weekend and again thank you for everything.

I hope you don’t mind that I cc’d a few others about my opinion of Peter Welch’s Leads. Our MSI employee gave him a bad reputation, but the true numbers that were researched are completely different from what we were told.

In my opinion Peter Welch had the highest quality of leads that I have seen so far. It’s unfortunate but his leads were sent to one of MSI employee’s (Arch Teer). I kept asking for a login and password so that I could track the leads but I never got one so I really didn’t know how well the leads were doing. Arch had brought his whole sales team over to MSI and Peter Welch was just sending the leads to Arch and Arch would distribute them to his team. When I asked for status of the leads Arch would just say that he’s got it handled, but that the quality seemed to be really bad. I think Arch said that this Peter Welch guy is a joke and it’s a lesson learned and that we shouldn’t have used him.

The Reality was that his leads were VERY GOOD. Todd from Novelle asked if I could track a list of 50 names that came from Peter’s Leads. I would only be able to see something if they put the info into our MSI System. Of the 50 names listed I found 18 names that were being worked and 12 of those leads said that the loan mod was sold and a loan mod packet was sent out. So if we break down the numbers 32 of the 50 leads were not accounted for, but that doesn’t mean those 32 leads were all bad it just means that they weren’t put into our system. 12 of the 50 leads said that they were sold and that they wanted to move forward with a loan modification. Within a few days some of Arches Guys were deceiving the borrowers and promising them all sorts of stuff that just wasn’t true. We gave them a warning that they would be fired if they were lying to the clients and a majority of Arch’s crew decided to walk out. I don’t think that MSI ever collected any money on any of the deals that were sold. We did have several borrowers call in and tell us that they got swindled by our company and that MSI was very dishonest. Even when I would give the sales team an example of an approval that just took place they would distort the truth so much that they would turn a great example of a real approval into a complete lie. One borrower even said that he wired money into one of Arch’s crew personal bank account so that he would get the top quality service at MSI.

So to answer your question about the quality of Peter Welch’s leads I would say that they are top quality, but we never made any money on his leads. I’m pretty sure that a lot of his leads did turn into sold loan mods, it’s just that they probably ended up at a different loan mod shop with some of Arch’s team is now working.

Hello Peter,

Ok, you have now ignited the philosophical, pragmatist (yes, I know it sounds counterintuitive, but its not for me) in me. You see, I have core values that I live by, some of which are: "The Greatest Honor Is Respect, The Greatest Victory Is Truth and The Greatest Power if Love." Your passion for respecting the business relationship, being a man of your word and loving what you do is most refreshing in a global marketplace that seems to have obliterated these values in an effort to "make it big."

My pragmatism weighs in when I make a decision to invest time, money, etc. You are absolutely right, when you stated I do not know who I am dealing with, but I do know that a measure of you can be assessed by what you say, and most importantly, what you do. Keep doing what you are doing... I am open to learning all that you will share with me about this business and the financial market place. You see, even though I took an early out retirement from Uncle Sam's madness, I have a ways to go to build multiple streams of income for my retirement.

Now, as to the leads, I am very appreciative of your generosity. You have been in the business much longer than I, so you know the value of lead generation and execution. I must commend you on the vision for an electronic call log option, as well. This is the "first" time that I am aware of that the lead source provides such an efficient way of tracking process. I use it.

The educational component of a 501 c.3. for RMs and the "Home Equity Conversion-USA" is a great idea. Seniors relate to the red/white/blue. I created a RM brochure with the same colors (I'll send a copy next time I send Rags) BTW, Advent has a small group of producer/managers, including myself, of course. One in particular, Dave, has a degree in journalism and is an experienced RM producer/manager. I will conference with him next week and ask him to try your lead generation services and suggest he speak with you about being a contributing writer on future RM articles. Perhaps, adding free one-page newsletter on various single topics may be in the offerings...
