Lending Alliance does not lobby politicians, police the industry or offer workshops.
Our
focus is solely on enlightening consumers. This encompasses vigorously
growing our national campaigns on TV, radio, magazines, newspapers
and the Internet. All announcements offer free newly published informative
material and a complimentary mortgage consultation. We then distribute
the referrals generated to our Members.
We
also offer Co-Op Advertising Campaigns. This allows Members to advertise
at a fraction of the normal costs. Additionally, there are numerous

you meeting the Lending Alliance criteria and participating in a robust effort

What Does It Take To Join? |

All
Lending Alliance Members are screened through a number of agencies, including,
but not limited to the FTC, State Attorneys Office, Banking Commission
and State Department of Licenses.
While the Lending Alliance subscribes to the belief
that the true worth of a company can be determined by how a company
takes care of unsatisfied clients, companies with multiple complaints
and/or complaints not resolved satisfactorily will not be accepted.

How Much Does It Cost? |

There are
NO Membership fees, dues, or any other charges other than the lead cost to members.
We only sell to our members. However, a $50 applicant background investigation
fee is anticipated to be initiated in the near future. The fee is to cover the
cost incurred during our process of determining eligibility of applicants.
